For as long as she can remember, Chef Jhanelle was always passionate about cooking. Growing up in Jamaica, she was fortunate to gain exposure of Caribbean spices and cuisine. She later brought cooking to the top of her list of hobbies while volunteering at the University of Florida with her school's culinary program. Entering adulthood, Chef Jhanelle joined the United States Armed Forces becoming a Culinary Specialist. She was a part of various culinary teams on military bases. The latest was located in Hawaii where she was surrounded by a diverse culture that introduced new flavorful dishes. Chef Jhanelle has won many silver and gold medals which led her to achieve the opportunity to attend advanced culinary courses where she was taught various culinary variables. With a fresh twist on classic recipes to curated menus, Chef Jhanelle brings incredible dishes right to your setting.
