Fresh Avocados crushed and paired with 
sweet onions, Chopped Cilantro, Garlic & Lime Juice

Zesty Crab Salad
Chopped Imitation Crab paired with Onions, Cilantro & Tri-color Bell Peppers. This is tossed in our zesty lemon base Spanish sauce and served with thin crunchy crackers
Sauteed Lemon Garlic Shrimp 
Hearty Sized Grilled Shrimp, smothered in our Garlic Lemon Butter sauce


 

Steak Crostini
Filet Mignon cut steak laid on our Garlic Aioli sauce & served on toasted baguette
Fruit Board
A lite & juicy appetite awakener filled with seasonal fruits such as Watermelon, Grapes, Pineapple, Orange, Blackberries, Strawberries, and Blueberries
Spinach Dip
Chopped Spinach tossed in our melted variety blend of cheese and served with Tortilla Chips. 
Garlic Honey Wings
Traditional Style Wings tossed in our house made Sweet Honey Sauce. This could be served Spicy
House Chopped Green Salad
Organic green leaf lettuce paired with cucumbers, Carrots, Goat Cheese, and Avocado. You have a choice of creamy Caesar or Balsamic Vinaigrette

Plated with finesse, we pair Oreo crumb with Macerated berries, Raspberry sauce, all laid in a bed of our special deconstructed Cheesecake 
Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet
 
Frozen Pineapple & strawberries blended to make a very rich and flavorful compound then served with fresh cut fruits
